- No smoking in the house
- Please turn off propane on BBQ when finished using it
- Please respect our neighbours and stay out of adjoining vineyards & orchards as they farm organically and we don’t want to disrupt their eco-system
- Quiet time is between 10:00 p.m. & 9:00 a.m.
- Use of provided gym equipment is done at your own risk. Please wipe down equipment after use
- Please remove shoes in the house
- Please park all cars on Rosemount property (5 cars can fit on right side and two on left if need be)
- No pets
- No additional guests other than those registered to stay
- Please lock all doors & windows when leaving
- Please leave all soiled towels in bathtub or shower before checking out
- If you enjoy some wine while you stay, please sign & date your cork and drop it in our cork collection!
